Before you sleep..

It’s my first blog to WordPress and also in my lifetime.  I have been thinking of writing from so long and I have decided to write before I sleep because that’s the best time your thoughts are on the peak..  So before you sleep make sure you give a vent out to your thoughts,  before you sleep make sure you are actually ready to sleep because that is how it is supposed to be, Relax completely…  So relax your thoughts before you relax your body.

Everyday don’t just sleep..  Relax
