THE MAGIC – Day 1

Out from the logic and reason we have decided to take a small journey into the world of magic where we will believe and would learn to be greatful for.

Me and my husband have decided to read the book “THE MAGIC” By Rhonda Byrne. This book is about creating the magic around with your own thoughts and actions, so they have some task for 28 days to be followed as ritual. To begin with I will share what I have read till now and what are we going to do with what we have read.

The first word to learn from the book is GRATITUDE. As it says that is the key to all the magic around you. If you are not thankful for what you have, you are not going to have that for longer time.

Be grateful 😇

As it says “what goes around come around” one must start being grateful, one must start developing positive thoughts about what you have and you will see more positivity around you.

And when we are grateful for what we have what do we do?? We Thank. So next most beautiful thing this book talks about is saying THANK YOU for everything you have. Thank you is magical word and it also increases the feeling of gratitude and the more you live with that feeling, you life will have more magic, positivity coming. You will receive more abundance.

The book also promises a life transformation after 28 days or may be after completing all the practices given in the book. Before the first task books asks the reader to prepare a list of all the wishes they have with some specification about what it will look like not how it will happen so for example you want to improve your health so what is good health look like to you be specific about that. There are some categories mentioned like health and body, career and work, money, relationships, personal desires and material things.

Moving to the task of Day 1 which is “COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS” so to the gratitude one can start from counting our blessings and not just what we feel special about but all the things you have around. So the book asks to write 10 things one is grateful for with the reason why like “I am grateful for ______________, because ________________.” This can be the first thing you do in the morning or may be after 5-10 minutes of waking up.

After one is done with writing, read it aloud or in your mind and after every statement say “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”. This act of saying deepens the feeling of gratefulness.

For next 27 days continue this task every morning. You will see you have so many things to be grateful for, it can be as simple as the chair you sit on. You can count nature, body, work, relation etc.

We have done our task for the day.
