Start your day with Count your blessings write 10 things you are grateful for with the reason. Reread those statements and say “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”.

For Day 14 book expect us to plan our day in our thoughts in the morning itself and work through the plan of whole day till bedtime. So as I go back to from where we started the book is helping us to bring the feeling of gratefulness through out the day. As you go ahead with your daily schedule and each plan of your day say magical words “thank you” imagining it went well. Imagine you are saying this at the end of the day as it went perfect.

After you have finished being grateful for all the plans in your day end this magical practice by saying “Thank you for the great news coming to me today”.

Before you go to bed, hold your “Magic Rock” say magic words “Thank you” to the best thing that happened today.
