Start your day with “Count Your blessings“. write 10 things you are grateful for in the morning with reasons, reread them and say magic words “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”.

This day has a special demand with stirring up some painful feelings or experiences. we all might have some or the other relation which disturb us to the extent that we keep hurting ourselves. In case you have one, you must know that all the hatred or negative feelings you have for other person is creating negativity in your life, taking away your mental peace, your happiness.

The book ask us to identify a relation which is difficult, problematic or broken, that you want to improve. It can be a present relationship or past relationship with partner, neighbor,parent, sibling, child, friend, colleague etc. write 10 things about this person you can be grateful for in this way ” Name, I am grateful for What.” If you had struggle in any relationship from the beginning and you find it difficult to identify any positive experience then you may think about their qualities otherwise. Feel as grateful as you can for the person you have chosen (book has given example of ex-partner, you can refer the book)

Before you sleep take Magic rock in your hand, say magic words for the best thing that happened today.
