Start your day with count your blessings, write 10 things you are grateful for with reason. Re read them and magic words “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you” After every sentence.
This day is very close to what we all struggling with, in this changing time i.e. our health. The book talks about healing our health in this chapter of the book.
So the first thing you are going to think about is THREE moments when you felt top of the world, I see more as to generate grateful feeling about your best moments and create positive wellbeing.
Second thing you are going to think is FIVE functions of your body or health that are perfectly healthy and feel grateful for them by saying Thank you to each one.
Now comes the most important task is to choose one thing about your health or body you want to improve and spend a minute visualising the ideal state of your body or health and finally say thanks to the ideal state.
All the task mention here are so special and have immense magical power if you do it with gratefulness and just positive thoughts.
