Start you day with count your blessings, write 10 things you are grateful for with reason, reread the statement and say magic words “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”.
For today the only thing you have to do is to say thank you for the whole day, some how this book is changing few minutes of my life as grateful moments and when I choose to take those minutes it feel even more grateful for next few minutes.
So the task is to take 100 footsteps and with every footstep say magic words “Thank you“, from your room to kitchen to balcony to terrace, wherever you go, with every footstep say thank you.
One of the most important thing book want us to do is to “Not” count out footsteps because doing will reduce the essence of doing it. So say Thank you as much as you walk today.
Before you sleep take “magic rock” in your hand and say thank you to the best thing that happened today.
