Start your day with count your blessings, write 10 you are grateful for with reason, reread them and say magic words “Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou”.
Today’s task has a interesting way to tell you about the things you can be grateful for. Even the situations you find in others you can consider them as cue to be grateful for yourself. The book has given many examples like if you see someone ill you can be grateful for your health.
The task is to be alert what’s around you and take at least seven gratitude cues from the events in your day. For example if you see someone with your perfect weight say “thankyou for my perfect weight”
Before you sleep, hold magic rock in your hand and say magic words to the best thing that happened today.
