Food is one of the major factor which impact our well being be it physical or mental well being. If you are struggling with your health try eating healthy.

  • Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand, make sure your food contain all nutrients.
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. It also helps in keeping you healthy and take mindful decisions and you have better control over your thoughts and actions which trigger anxiety.

Eating healthy will not only help you improve overall health but also to work more productively and reducing risk of all of kind of mental issues.
